- Holds a valid license as an Electrical Engineer or Electronics and Communications Engineer.
- With at least 1 year of experience in project implementation, engineering auxiliary design, and estimation of FDAS, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, PA/BGM, PABX, Structured Cabling, or equivalent systems.
- Proficient in using advanced design tools such as AutoCAD or similar software for accurate system designs.
- In-depth knowledge of and adherence to relevant industry standards, codes, and legal regulations governing engineering systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system designs for efficiency.
- Proven experience in preparing government bids/philgeps and effective cost management for engineering projects.
- Willingness to work overtime and perform fieldwork as needed, demonstrating adaptability to varying project demands.
- Meticulous attention to detail in preparing estimates, designs, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
